This accomplished Controller provides strategic leadership across accounting, reporting, and finance functions. The work supports accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, cash flow management, internal controls, project financing, and investor requirements. Success requires progressive accounting experience and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee year-end reporting, NTRs, tax returns, and GST compliance
Review reconciliations, trial balances, and controls across entities
Lead tax planning, corporate structuring, and partnership setup
Prepare lender reporting, construction draws,



and financing packages
Oversee investor reporting, capital tracking, and distributions
Requirements: Five-plus years of progressive accounting experience
Real estate, construction, or property management experience preferred
Strong project accounting and construction financing knowledge
Experience with lenders, investors, and external stakeholders
QuickBooks or Sage proficiency and advanced Excel skills
