This Manager leads Financial Operations and Financial Reporting functions within Honda Canada Inc. The position oversees transaction processing, period-end close, reporting, and accounting impacts across business activities. It also develops people, strengthens teams, and improves finance processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting
Review journal entries, reconciliations, statements, and reporting packages
Monitor risks, issues, exceptions, and performance measures
Drive standardization,



automation, and stronger system controls
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and required CPA designation
Ten years of progressive relevant experience
Robust IFRS, consolidation, and financial analysis knowledge
Experience with SAP or comparable enterprise resource planning systems
Leadership, coaching, and people-development capabilities
Apply financial reporting, IFRS, operational accounting, and leadership expertise to strengthen Honda Canada’s Finance functions in Markham.
