Lead commercial retail construction projects for Choice Properties in Toronto, using advanced budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management skills. This hybrid role requires at least three office days weekly.
As Project Manager, you will represent the owner across current-build developments throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada. You will manage due diligence, design development, procurement, construction, closeout, and turnover. The position requires coordination with Leasing, Development, Finance, Legal, contractors, consultants, municipalities, and tenants.
Key Responsibilities: Develop project budgets and schedules supporting approvals and leasing negotiations
Lead procurement, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and vendor awards
Monitor construction execution, site logistics, milestones, quality, and compliance
Manage tenant coordination, permits, changes, disputes,



and project closeout
Maintain project status reporting and centralized project documentation
Requirements: Minimum seven years of progressive construction project management experience
At least five years managing ICI ground-up construction projects
Degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline
Advanced Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and collaboration platform proficiency
Valid driver’s license, vehicle access, and travel availability
Bring construction leadership, financial control, and stakeholder coordination expertise to Choice Properties’ retail development projects across Eastern Canada.
