This Formwork Foreman position oversees construction projects and supports successful completion. The work requires concrete formwork expertise, supervisory experience, machinery operation, and strong communication. You will coordinate crews, maintain standards, and support health and safety requirements across construction activities.
Key Responsibilities: Promote teamwork and a positive culture among construction crews
Ensure crew members’ health and safety
Follow and enforce the company health and safety program
Assess tradespersons’ competency and capability
Assign tasks and maintain work standards
Requirements: At least eight years of concrete formwork experience
Two to three years in a supervisory capacity
Ability to read and interpret blueprints proficiently
Valid driver’s license and reasonably clean driver’s abstract
Ability to operate skid steer and telehandler machinery
