As a Product Manager on the Server Experience and Fulfilment team, you will own a consequential workflow from discovery through adoption. You will partner with engineering, design, operations, and other product managers. Your scope includes mobile experiences, legal requirements, automation, marketplace dispatch, and reliable service evidence.
Key Responsibilities: Plan server attempts and identify jobs at risk
Translate legal requirements into timely product guidance
Improve evidence capture and verification without slowing servers
Decide between app workflows, AI automation, and specialist support




Own the squad’s multi-quarter product roadmap
Requirements: Owned consequential workflows through launch and adoption
Built mobile products supporting drivers, couriers, or field workers
Designed systems connecting dispatch, operations, and law firms
Conducted user discovery and quantitative analysis independently
Sketched flows and prototyped with AI tools
Lead mobile product strategy for Proof’s process-server marketplace through discovery, delivery, automation, and field evidence quality.
