Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Create BRDs, FSDs, and detailed process flows
Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvements
Coordinate development, testing, and support teams
Support UAT, defect tracking, and solution validation
Requirements: Solid business analysis and requirements gathering experience
Expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and documentation
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, or similar tools
