As Business Development Manager, you will grow referral business for HomeEquity Bank’s reverse mortgage solutions, including CHIP Reverse Mortgage™. You will manage client engagement through funding while supporting sales and revenue objectives. The role emphasizes business development, partner presentations, webinars, and solid knowledge of financial services and mortgage markets.

Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
Eight years of progressive financial services sales experience
Business development or wealth management experience preferred
Proven success achieving sales targets
