EllisDon is seeking a Project Controls Coordinator with two to five years of experience in project controls or similar work. The position supports construction project controls through cost reporting, billing processes, change management, and data quality. You will collaborate with Project Managers, owners, subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and technical subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities: Measure actual performance against cost and schedule baselines
Support change management with project stakeholders
Assist with billing and purchase order processes




Prepare owner cost reports and cash flow updates
Build work breakdown structures with project teams
Requirements: Post-secondary education in engineering
Two to five years of project controls experience
General contractor workplace experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Ability to work onsite in Port Colborne
