As HSE Manager, you will manage safe work practices for ICI projects across southern Ontario. The position oversees health and safety responsibilities, promotes awareness, and supports employees, projects, and IMC’s safety culture. You will work with project teams, employees, sub-trades, and management.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and monitor occupational health and safety programs
Conduct site inspections, audits, and non-compliance follow-ups
Manage COR certification and complete internal audits
Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and hazards
Maintain safety documentation, training records, and policy manuals
Requirements: Post-secondary education in a safety-related program
Five-plus years of health and safety experience
Comprehensive Ontario OH&S; Act and Regulations knowledge
Prior Site Docs experience and robust organizational skills
Valid driver’s licence and availability for travel
Bring analytical safety leadership, construction experience, and Ontario compliance knowledge to IMC’s growing project operations.
