As Machining Production Manager, you oversee methods agents, operational programmers, and manufacturing employees. You coordinate production planning, resources, workforce versatility, quality performance, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. The Mirabel plant manufactures major landing gear components for Airbus A320, A330, A350, and Boeing 787 aircraft.

Support operational problem-solving and continuous improvement activities
Requirements: Relevant university degree or equivalent experience
Approximately 10 years of relevant similar experience
Experience in a unionized manufacturing workplace
Leadership, teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
Oral and written French and English proficiency
