Drive construction field execution for Exodigo through work planning, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance across extensive project sites. The schedule is 100% travel Monday through Friday.
Exodigo seeks a Field Lead Supervisor to direct multiple crews and support project delivery across large-scale sites spanning tens of acres. You will coordinate resources, trades, logistics, and operational technology while maintaining quality and safety. The position reports to the Regional Manager and works with cross-functional teams on priorities and project updates.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee multiple crews and Field Leads across project sites
Maintain schedules and implement solutions for risks or delays
Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
Align operations with Exodigo methodologies and technology platforms




Report project updates, resource needs, and performance indicators
Requirements: Five-plus years in construction, utilities, infrastructure, surveying, or related fields
Supervisory or multi-site leadership experience of two-plus years
Experience developing work plans and allocating field resources
Robust coaching, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Valid driver’s license and access to urban, rural, and remote sites
Use construction supervision, schedule management, and safety practices to deliver Exodigo field projects across distributed United States locations.
