As General Manager, Property Management and Business Development, you will lead a Halifax industrial portfolio and expand Colliers’ REMS platform. Responsibilities span tenant relations, contract management, capital improvements, compliance, and risk management. You will also develop opportunities across Nova Scotia and Atlantic Canada through proposals, presentations, and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee four industrial properties in the Halifax region
Lead capital planning and operational efficiency initiatives
Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives supporting ownership objectives
Build relationships with owners, investors, brokers,



and developers
Lead proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and negotiations
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of industrial or commercial real estate experience
Demonstrated success managing industrial or commercial assets
Business development, client acquisition, or account management experience
Ability to influence decision-makers and build trusted relationships
Degree in business, commerce, real estate, economics, or related discipline
Apply industrial operations expertise, business development capability, and market knowledge to strengthen Colliers’ regional property platform.
