Integrated Power Services seeks a Lead Field Service Technician with solid electrical and mechanical capabilities. The work involves motors, variable frequency drives, soft starts, and programmable logic controllers. You will diagnose and repair units, guide technicians, and deliver an unmatched customer experience.
Key Responsibilities: Lead field jobs and other service technicians
Perform vibration analysis and thermographic imaging
Install, remove, and align AC and DC motors
Complete electrical tests using portable equipment
Prepare technical reports and communicate findings
Requirements: Four-plus years of AC/DC motor experience preferred
PdMA testing and Level I vibration experience preferred
Variable frequency drive troubleshooting experience preferred
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Availability for overtime, weekends, on-call work, and travel
Apply large-motor service expertise, electrical testing, and field leadership to help IPS customers restore equipment safely.
