As Site Superintendent, you will manage construction execution on multi-family developments and coordinate closely with project leadership. Responsibilities span subcontractor supervision, schedule coordination, quality processes, safety compliance, and construction documentation. The position also supports customer upgrades, deficiencies, and finishing activities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead onsite construction activities against quality, safety, budget, and schedules
Resolve construction challenges, conflicts, and trade coordination issues
Review changes, upgrades, invoices, and inspection reports




Coordinate municipal inspections with consultants and project stakeholders
Ensure homes meet standards and are ready for possession
Requirements: Three to five years of Site Superintendent experience minimum
Proven ability to manage multiple trades and project priorities
Solid communication, leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Organized, independent approach with ownership of project outcomes
Ability to work onsite, walk, stand, and carry fifty pounds
