As Senior Community Developer, you will establish and grow communities around Ubisoft games while supporting player retention. You will lead global strategies, create plans, and collaborate with international stakeholders. Your work connects communication, game improvements, and best practices across development and publishing teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop community plans supporting production and marketing objectives
Coordinate global messaging, activities, and cross-functional initiatives
Create blogs, podcasts, interviews, infographics, and other player content




Shape feedback cycles influencing game experiences and retention
Mentor Community Managers and lead transversal initiatives
Requirements: Extensive online community management and strategic planning experience
Extensive video game industry experience, ideally live-service multiplayer
Knowledge of For Honor or competitive melee communities
Solid understanding of social and community platforms
Fluency in French and English
Bring global strategy, player advocacy, data-driven judgment, and community leadership to Ubisoft’s international gaming teams.
