LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Technologists provide accurate, timely interpretive and diagnostic specimen testing and reporting. This position focuses on Core Lab Chemistry and Hematology while supporting patient well-being through quality, efficient results. You will prepare samples, interpret findings, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct diagnostic and interpretive specimen testing
Prepare samples with accurate labeling and documentation
Perform, interpret, and release confidential patient results
Identify incidents and support corrective action plans
Maintain laboratory safety and quality standards
Requirements: Medical Laboratory Science diploma, degree, or equivalent
Current CMLTO registration in valuable standing
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Computer skills with Microsoft Office and laboratory analyzers
Ability to distinguish multiple colors
