This Intermediate Project Coordinator supports commercial and institutional construction projects from initiation through closeout. You will assist with estimating, tender preparations, procurement, project scheduling, cost control, and document management. The position also supports RFIs, change orders, progress invoicing, reporting, turnover, and client-related project issues.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with bids, tender closing, estimating, and tender preparations
Coordinate permits, start-up planning, and job start files
Track submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
Update schedules, milestones, financial deadlines,



and project reports
Support procurement, inspections, invoicing, turnover, and closeout
Requirements: One to two years coordinating commercial or institutional construction projects
Diploma in Construction or Building Technology, or related discipline
Ability to read construction drawings, schematics, plans, and field drawings
Knowledge of scheduling, document control, construction methods, and trade scopes
Microsoft Office, project management systems, and ERP experience
Bring construction coordination, schedule updates, document control, and project administration skills to support successful project delivery.
