Analyze tenant receivables for Avenue Living Asset Management using Yardi, Excel, and detailed account reconciliation skills.
This Accounts Receivable Analyst manages receivable activity across Avenue Living Asset Management. The work includes cash applications, SODA processing, write-offs, reconciliations, reporting, and tenant account resolution. You will support collections, analyze aging trends, and improve receivable processes through reporting tools and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities: Process SODAs, reviewing activity, documentation, charges, credits, and balances
Apply tenant payments accurately and promptly to accounts
Reconcile AR subledger balances to the general ledger
Prepare aging, collections, KPI, and management reports




Resolve discrepancies with tenants and Property Operations
Requirements: Three or more years in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Accounting
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Experience with large datasets, reporting, and data analysis
Familiarity with Yardi or similar software preferred
Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
