CoSA VFX seeks a seasoned Production Coordinator for episodic and feature projects. You will support a collaborative remote production environment through notes, deliveries, bid documents, and shot tracking. Solid communication, organization, and VFX process knowledge are central.
Key Responsibilities: Take notes during daily sessions and client meetings
Coordinate client ingest and delivery execution
Create bid documents using established templates
Manage and mentor production assistants and interns
Review shot assignments and update statuses
Requirements: Seasoned production coordination experience in VFX
Proficiency with ShotGrid, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word
Hands-on experience with Aspera or Media Shuttle
Strong client relations and stakeholder communication skills
Excellent organization, grammar, spelling, and writing skills
