You will translate client objectives into executable work, facilitate discovery, and guide initiatives with executives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver claims transformation engagements across FNOL, triage, and settlement
Identify AI applications throughout the claims lifecycle
Shape priorities and business outcomes with executive stakeholders




Translate objectives into scope, requirements, and executable tasks
Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and workshops
Requirements: 12+ years of P&C; insurance experience with Personal Lines
Claims operations or technology focus with applied AI knowledge
Experience leading teams and client engagements for 3+ years
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Claims Centre
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field
