International Submarine Engineering seeks a Program Manager to represent domestic and international customers. You will support bids and proposals, then lead specialized multidisciplinary teams through complete program lifecycles. The position partners with Business Development, Product Management, and Engineering.
Key Responsibilities: Support program and technical components of bids and proposals
Plan, develop, and deliver commercial customer programs
Manage scope, budgets, timelines, milestones, and project controls
Identify risks, issues, constraints, and corrective actions




Lead cross-functional teams and customer relationships
Requirements: Post-secondary education or relevant career experience
Minimum five years managing complex programs
Experience with multi-million-dollar budgets and resource allocation
Experience managing large, complex industry projects
Eligibility for required Canadian security clearances
