As Store Manager, you will lead retail operations, support company initiatives, and deliver the authentic Lammle’s Experience. You will balance customer experience, merchandising, operational accuracy, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily retail operations with efficiency and accountability
Deliver exceptional service and drive sales performance
Coach teams on products, merchandising, and selling techniques
Maintain inventory,



payroll, reporting, and administrative accuracy
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing team members
Requirements: Two to three years of retail management experience
High-volume retail experience preferred
Passion for Western wear and culture
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
