This Payroll Lead oversees full-cycle payroll across multiple Canadian entities. The role requires advanced ADP Workforce Now experience, regulatory knowledge, reporting, reconciliations, and year-end expertise. It supports accurate processing, statutory compliance, and collaboration across HR and Finance.
Key Responsibilities: Manage complete payroll cycles for multiple Canadian entities
Audit payroll preparation, processing, and reconciliation reports
Process salaries, bonuses, and compensation adjustments
Submit statutory filings, remittances, ROEs, and EHT
Complete T4s, T4As, year-end balancing, and reconciliations
Requirements: Minimum five years of progressive Canadian payroll experience
Advanced hands-on ADP Workforce Now experience
Understanding of Canadian payroll regulations and deductions
Experience with payroll audits and regulatory inquiries
Accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and communication skills
