Coordinate mechanical project delivery for Parklane, combining client communication, budget control, and technical drawing analysis. The position includes office, remote, and site work.
As Project Manager, you will manage assigned external projects from committed deliverables through completion. You will collaborate with internal and external engineers, customers, sales, engineering, production, procurement, subcontractors, and vendors. Success requires accurate execution, schedule transparency, adherence to engineering standards, and consistent communication throughout delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Understand project scope, deliverables, timelines, and bid budgets
Align schedules with client masters or Parklane commitments
Coordinate shop drawing submissions with Parklane’s engineering team




Ensure vendors follow purchase orders and safety requirements
Complete progress invoicing and monthly financial project summaries
Requirements: Three to five years of relevant engineering or construction experience
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project
Ability to analyze data, write reports, and present results
Comfort with networking, business development, and client interaction
Project Management Qualified Certification considered an asset
Bring organized project leadership, budget awareness, and technical communication to Parklane’s mechanical noise control and vibration work.
