As Purchasing Manager, you will lead a small team and oversee daily purchasing, replenishment, and supplier management. The work centers on improving supplier accountability, inventory performance, product availability, and profitability. You will develop people, improve systems, and drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a small purchasing team
Oversee daily purchasing, replenishment, and supplier management activities
Track supplier metrics and drive performance improvements
Negotiate pricing, agreements, rebates, and supplier programs
Improve purchasing processes,



reporting, and ERP information accuracy
Requirements: Eight-plus years in purchasing, procurement, inventory, or supply chain
Experience leading, coaching, and developing purchasing teams
Solid analytical skills using purchasing and supplier data
Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP systems experience
Understanding of replenishment, forecasting, stock management, BOM, and purchasing
Apply purchasing leadership, supplier accountability, advanced Excel, and analytical skills to improve business performance across the organization.
