Position Summary:
In this role, you will support the financial controller with the oversight of full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on financial accounting experience within a dynamic and growing business setting. You will work closely with the leadership team and be exposed to a variety of tasks across different entities and industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely completion

Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, and management reporting in accordance with US GAAP

Coordinate with external auditors,



supporting annual audits and resolving audit findings

Research and apply new accounting standards, and document accounting policies and positions

Oversee general ledger activity, account reconciliations, accruals, and revenue recognition

Support regulatory, lender, and board reporting requirements

Coach, develop, and manage a team of accounting professionals

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including experience in a supervisory or management role

Strong technical knowledge

Proven experience leading a financial close and preparing financial statements

Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of professionals
