Drive industrial sales across GTA/Ontario as a Business Development Manager using prospecting, consultative selling, and territory development in a fully field-based role.
This hands-on manager position focuses on new business for industrial floor coatings, epoxy flooring, concrete polishing, and related surface protection services. You will target warehouses, distribution centres, logistics operations, manufacturing plants, and commercial facilities. Working alongside the owner, you will develop accounts, manage the pipeline, and close projects.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new Ontario customers
Conduct cold calls, site visits, and door-to-door prospecting
Engage facility and operations decision-makers




Position flooring and surface protection solutions
Lead outreach, quoting, negotiation, and closing
Requirements: Proven record generating net-recent business
Experience selling B2B or industrial services
Warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing relationships preferred
Strong consultative selling and closing skills
Valid driver's license and Ontario travel willingness
Build industrial accounts across Ontario through direct prospecting, solution selling, pipeline ownership, and disciplined business development.
