As an Operations Supervisor, you will own day-to-day fulfillment operations and shape a safe, productive, positive environment. You will lead teams, coach performance, monitor productivity, service, and efficiency, and make decisions independently. The role requires warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment leadership experience, with hands-on presence on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities: Own daily operations at the Winnipeg fulfillment centre
Set expectations, coach employees, and address challenges
Monitor performance and improve productivity, service, and efficiency
Manage inventory, staffing, maintenance,



security, payroll, and costs
Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements: Experience leading warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment teams
Track record influencing culture, accountability, or operational performance
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Practical, solutions-focused problem-solving approach
Confidence working independently in a standalone operation
