This Regional Property Manager role oversees more than 900 purpose-built rental homes within three Edmonton communities. You will guide two property management leaders, present financial results to clients, and translate portfolio data into action plans. Process improvement, leasing support, market awareness, and operational standards are central to the mandate.

Requirements: Five or more years of relevant property operations experience

Experience managing owner relationships and improving processes
Active Alberta real estate licence through RECA
Resourceful, polished, results-oriented professional judgment
