This Senior Manager, Market Operations position owns end-to-end operations for an assigned market. You will serve as primary site lead, connecting local fleet performance with regional growth. Responsibilities span customer SLA delivery, facility logistics, workforce leadership, safety compliance, municipal relationships, and third-party operations.
Key Responsibilities: Set up depots, customer hubs, and expansion routes
Evaluate route feasibility with regional partners and authorities
Optimize staging, schedules, fueling, and vehicle turnaround
Manage vendor SLAs and regional maintenance providers




Identify bottlenecks supporting sustainable route-volume growth
Requirements: 6–10+ years in logistics, fleets, depots, or autonomous transportation
Robust business acumen connecting execution, costs, and profitability
