Shape AI and automation workflows at CIRO in Toronto using process analysis, requirements, and operational data. This is a full-time resource.
Reporting to the Director of Innovation, the Business Process Engineer supports CIRO’s AI and Automation Centre of Excellence. You will assess opportunities, improve workflows, clarify requirements, and support solution adoption. The work connects business teams with COE, IT, and ePMO partners.
Key Responsibilities: Assess AI and automation intake requests and implementation considerations
Map workflows, decision points, data flows, and hand-offs
Define future-state processes and confirm business accountabilities
Translate needs into requirements, user stories, and documentation
Track benefits, implementation status,



and post-implementation outcomes
Requirements: Minimum five years of relevant business process or analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience supporting AI, automation, workflow, or data initiatives
Ability to identify root causes and recommend practical improvements
Robust communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-engagement skills
Bring process mapping, data analysis, and cross-functional communication skills to CIRO’s AI and automation transformation work.
