As a Brand Governance and Marketing Operations Specialist, you will oversee external material reviews and sponsorship hosting programs. The work combines process governance, communications, project management, and relationship management. You will help employees navigate review requirements, maintain operational records, and support Business Units, clients, partners, and subject matter experts.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor daily activities for seamless material review operations
Audit final materials against expert-requested changes
Coordinate stakeholders and subject matter experts through approvals
Develop procedures,



guides, and process resources
Provide quarterly reports and workflow optimization recommendations
Requirements: Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field
Three or more years in marketing operations or governance
Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Wrike familiarity or financial services experience preferred
