Key Responsibilities: Complete relevant client assessments using preset procedures
Develop care plans with clients and families
Implement nursing interventions according to established plans
Perform technical nursing skills safely under Carefor policies
Manage wounds as a wound champion using best practices
Requirements: Registration with the College of Nurses in Ontario
High tech skills and IV restart experience
Community healthcare experience preferred
Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills
Valid G2 license and insured reliable vehicle
