Lead global accounting for a growing manufacturing company using public reporting, internal controls, and strategic financial insight. This role follows a flexible hybrid model.
Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Controller oversees financial reporting, consolidations, operational accounting, treasury, and compliance. You will lead five team members, partner with executives, and present to the Board. The role also supports scalable policies, procedures, and SOX frameworks.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of five
Partner with C-suite executives and present to directors
Scale policies, procedures, internal controls, and SOX frameworks
Oversee public company reporting and risk management
Use Infor ERP and Microsoft applications for reporting
Requirements: CPA designation required
At least seven years of controllership management experience
Manufacturing industry background and understanding
Canadian or United States public reporting experience
Robust communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Bring manufacturing finance leadership, public reporting expertise, and control-building experience to this Corporate Controller position.
