This senior individual contributor delivers electrical engineering designs across a diverse real estate portfolio. Responsibilities include power distribution, lighting controls, emergency power, fire alarm systems, renewable generation, and energy storage. You will carry projects from initiation through completion, preparing calculations, specifications, construction drawings, equipment selections, and technical reports while coordinating with architectural, mechanical, and facility teams.
Key Responsibilities: Design electrical systems for new and existing facilities
Support electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects
Prepare calculations, reports, specifications,
and construction drawings
Select equipment and provide cost and schedule input
Coordinate integrated designs with multidisciplinary project teams
Requirements: Eight or more years in electrical engineering and design
Building and site electrical systems design experience
Strong consulting engineering background
Ontario Professional Engineer license required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering design tools
