As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. Your responsibilities include coordination, cost forecasting, billings, project reporting, and communication with Owners, Architects, subcontractors, and management. You will lead meetings and support team development.
Key Responsibilities: Provide construction management from pre-construction through completion
Coordinate design, budgets, schedules, and Superintendent activities
Prepare accurate Owner billings and monitor subcontractor payments




Forecast project costs and maintain positive cash flow
Lead meetings, submit reports, and escalate project risks
Requirements: Minimum twelve years of experience in ICI construction
Minimum seven years in a Project Manager position
Structural piling or concrete work experience is an asset
Ability to mentor and delegate to large teams
Ability to develop and maintain robust client relations
Bring senior construction leadership, cost forecasting, team mentoring, and client communication to EllisDon project delivery.
