This senior, hands-on position centers on Meta account structure, bidding methodology, testing, and budget allocation. You will manage multiple accounts, interpret cross-platform data, and coordinate with clients, leadership, and in-house creative and motion teams. The role supports Blazesoft’s marketing division across the US, LATAM, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities: Set performance targets with leadership and clients
Monitor results and implement corrective actions
Optimize bids, audiences, placements, and creative rotation
Define creative testing priorities and brief art and motion teams




Maintain compliant tracking through postbacks and Conversions API
Requirements: Personally managed and scaled Meta accounts at significant budgets
Minimum five years of hands-on paid media experience
Documented outcomes managing multi-million-dollar media budgets
Experience managing multiple accounts, brands, or clients
Ability to diagnose attribution and data issues
