Lead surface maintenance at The Mosaic Company in Colonsay, Saskatchewan, applying industrial reliability expertise and visible safety-first leadership.
Reporting to the Senior Mill Manager, the Mill Maintenance Superintendent directs multidisciplinary supervisors, tradespeople, and contractors. You will oversee mechanical and electrical assets, maintenance strategy, workflow optimization, planning, scheduling, and equipment reliability. The position supports safe, reliable, and efficient site operations.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and direct the Surface Maintenance Group’s work
Establish maintenance goals with Planning and Scheduling teams
Manage capital and maintenance expenditures within approved limits
Oversee contractors, purchases,
and maintenance-related capital work
Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to teams
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or journeyperson certification
Three to five years’ similar experience if applicable
Five to seven-plus years’ supervisory experience
Seven to ten-plus years’ industrial experience
Proficiency with MS Office and SAP S/4HANA
