Selby Jennings is partnering with a mid-market Investment Bank seeking an experienced Investment Banking Vice President. This M&A; Advisory role spans sell-side and buy-side transactions, mergers, divestitures, and strategic advisory work. You will maintain client relationships, coordinate transaction workstreams, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout each process.
Key Responsibilities: Execute complex transactions from launch through closing
Coordinate clients, buyers, investors, attorneys, accountants, and advisors
Develop client relationships and provide transaction guidance
Monitor market trends,



industries, and M&A; activity
Support pitches, research, and prospect outreach
Requirements: Five to ten or more years of banking experience
Experience managing complex sell-side and buy-side transactions
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Strong written and verbal executive communication skills
Proven leadership managing junior bankers and transaction teams
Use transaction leadership, market awareness, and executive communication skills to advise clients through diverse M&A; assignments.
