Lead software implementations with project management and stakeholder expertise as a permanent full time Senior IT Project Manager. Deliver initiatives across Canada Life’s Corporate Technology Portfolio.
This senior qualified role combines project management, business relationship, and change management skills. You will work with business partners, vendors, and stakeholders across internal IT projects. Success requires managing integrations, data migration, technical landscapes, schedules, budgets, and delivery risks.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver projects through internal IT application and delivery frameworks
Develop project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and financial summaries
Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, resources, schedules, and project communications
Resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and manage scope changes




Maintain documentation, dashboards, assessments, and implementation plans
Requirements: Minimum five years managing software implementation projects
Minimum five years managing integrations, migrations, or technical landscapes
Minimum five years managing and coaching project teams
Strong stakeholder, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
PMP certification or SAP experience is desired
Bring senior project leadership, technical delivery, stakeholder communication, and change management expertise to Canada Life’s technology initiatives.
