Reporting to the Site Superintendent, you will oversee finishing activities for residential suites and common areas. The role requires residential construction experience, interior sequencing knowledge, and strong trade coordination. You will work with site leadership, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues proactively and deliver Marcon’s standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead interior construction from window stage through project completion
Coordinate multiple trades throughout the interior finishing phase
Maintain quality standards across suites and common areas




Drive daily execution and schedule discipline on site
Resolve issues before they affect quality or timelines
Requirements: Six to ten years of residential construction or finishing experience
Strong understanding of interior sequencing and residential construction practices
Proven ability to lead crews and complete work
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Robust commitment to safety and quality
