This senior legal position provides hands-on advice across commercial and technology contracts. You will support intellectual property strategy, government agreements, privacy, data governance, and information security. The work connects legal judgment with engineering, regulatory, supply chain, and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, negotiate, and review commercial and technology contracts
Support intellectual property strategy development
Advise on government contracts and funding agreements
Review export controls and government flow-down requirements




Maintain legal procedures, manuals, and compliance protocols
Requirements: JD or LLB with Ontario licensing or eligibility
Five-plus years of relevant legal and compliance experience
Expertise in export controls and international trade law
Canadian CGP and United States ITAR/EAR expertise
Privacy and data protection experience
Apply legal judgment, negotiation strength, and trade compliance expertise to Kepler’s global space technology operations and partnerships.
