Key Responsibilities: Lead implementation and evolution of the Chamber’s strategic plan
Drive revenue growth through memberships, sponsorships, partnerships, and events
Strengthen member acquisition, retention, engagement, and measurable value
Represent Guelph businesses through advocacy, media, and public forums




Oversee Destination Marketing Guelph strategy, budget, and team
Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ progressively responsible qualified experience, including leadership
Strategic leadership experience translating plans into measurable results
Strong financial and commercial acumen with business development success
Ability to influence Boards, businesses, governments, and community partners
Exceptional communication, public speaking, and relationship-building skills
