You’ll receive the benefit of mentorship from our Employment and Labour lawyers across Canada, while also joining a growing practice locally in Vancouver.

Position Requirements:

employment and labour law experience gained from a leading law firm;

experience representing employers at tribunal hearings and court proceedings;

experience advising employers in key areas of employment and labour law, such as:

implications of corporate transactions and reorganizations;

employment contracts and executive compensation;

structuring employee dismissals/layoffs and responding to wrongful/constructive dismissal claims;

human rights, workplace accommodations, and workplace investigations;

occupational health and safety and workers’ compensation; and

collective agreement administration, collective bargaining, union certification/decertification,



strikes, lockouts and grievance arbitration;

excellent academic credentials; and

superior communication and drafting skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Salary Range:
$130,000 - $185,000
