This experienced Project Manager oversees municipal and heavy civil projects from contract award through final completion. The work requires schedule development, budget monitoring, client communication, and risk mitigation. You will coordinate project execution while supporting safety, quality, schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously
Oversee execution from pre-construction through closeout
Develop schedules and monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability
Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents
Prepare reports,



change orders, and payment applications
Requirements: Minimum five years managing heavy civil construction projects
Degree or diploma in civil engineering or construction management
Experience with sewer, watermain, storm sewer, and underground utilities
Understanding of municipal specifications and standards
Robust organizational, communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
Bring heavy civil project leadership, municipal infrastructure knowledge, and strong communication skills to RONI Group projects.
