The Manager, Analytics leads analysts delivering insights across Scotiabank. This role partners with senior stakeholders to solve business challenges and advance data-driven decisions. It also supports innovation, growth, and operational excellence through strategic analytics.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics professionals
Deliver dashboards, reporting, and data-driven recommendations
Translate business challenges into analytical solutions
Advise leaders across Retail, Wealth, Risk, and Finance
Improve analytics processes, tools, and reporting solutions
Requirements: Advanced SQL and data querying expertise
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Experience with Python, R, or analytical programming languages
Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, mathematics, or related field
5+ years analytics experience and 2+ years people leadership
