Support industrial water treatment programs as a Chemical Support Engineer serving pulp and paper customers throughout Ontario. Travel to sites as needed.
Solenis seeks a technical resource who can apply treatment chemicals and equipment safely, effectively, and cost-efficiently. You will collaborate with Sales Account Managers while supporting customer operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and improving program performance. Laboratory testing, pumps, pipefitting, and electrical systems experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize customer treatment programs
Provide pre-sales expertise and technical customer support
Prepare service records, databases, and weekly reports
Communicate findings to customers and Sales Account Managers




Contribute technical input to proposals and documentation
Requirements: Knowledge of industrial processes and customer operations
Proactive, results-driven approach to problem-solving
Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Willingness to travel throughout a two-hour customer radius
Participate in an on-call weekend rotation
Use industrial process knowledge, technical problem-solving, and customer collaboration to optimize Solenis treatment programs for Ontario pulp and paper sites.
