As Process Team Lead, you will guide process engineers and specialists while advancing the Ontario Process & Water practice. Your work spans process design, engineering governance, client advisory, talent development, and business growth. You will contribute to projects across manufacturing, chemicals, energy transition, infrastructure, and water.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop process engineers and specialists
Oversee process deliverables, quality, schedules, budgets, and requirements
Serve as technical authority or project manager
Guide HAZOP, operability, constructability,



and value engineering reviews
Develop client relationships, proposals, and business opportunities
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
Ontario P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration
Minimum 15 years of relevant industrial engineering experience
At least five years leading projects, teams, or groups
Experience with process design, governance, mentoring, and business development
