You will mentor employees, create a collaborative culture, manage patient journeys, and strengthen satisfaction through referrals, reviews, and loyalty. The role also includes business oversight and external relationship development.
Key Responsibilities: Lead by example and inspire trust across the team
Create welcoming, patient-centered clinic environments

Monitor budgets, payroll, expenses, and patient accounts

Requirements: Three-plus years of leadership experience in customer-facing industries
