Lead Meta’s large-scale data center programs through technical program management, construction delivery, and infrastructure commissioning across global platforms.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will direct complex, multi-year programs spanning construction, fit-out, and commissioning. You will coordinate engineering, real estate, construction, and operations teams. The work requires program strategy, risk assessment, governance, and portfolio reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure programs
Partner across engineering, construction, real estate, and operations
Define program strategy and resolve ambiguous technical challenges
Establish governance frameworks and critical path schedules




Bring infrastructure capacity online across multiple sites
Requirements: 12+ years in technical program management
Experience with large-scale data centers or critical infrastructure
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and network systems
Experience presenting strategies and investment recommendations to executives
Familiarity with integrated systems testing and readiness reviews
Use infrastructure delivery, commissioning, governance, and cross-functional leadership to advance Meta’s global data center portfolio.
